Menus.com and RestaurantRow.com, Inc. jointly announced that merger negotiations have ended. The two companies will continue operating as separate entities.
“Our negotiations with RestaurantRow have always been amicable and we wish them the best of luck with their businesses,” said Menus.com CEO Gerald Chase.
Citing timing and market conditions, both parties recognized that the merger would not be in the interests of either company. However, the two companies are continuing to explore options to work collaboratively on future projects and business opportunities.
“Menus.com is a solid company and we tried very hard to make the merger work. We look forward to continue servicing Menus.com as a customer and look forward to opportunities with them down the road,” said RestaurantRow.com CEO Jim Gurfein.
