A new home page for the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) has been set up on the Food Safety and Inspection Service web site.

The web site instructs on the available methods for assessing microbiological hazards in foods as well as providing information on the development of microbiologic criteria, and the evaluation of epidemiological and risk assessment data.
