US natural and organic foods retailer Wild Oats Markets has announced that it has linked up with internet grocer Peapod to sell its products online to Chicago-area shoppers.

More than 200 Wild Oats branded natural and organic products are now available on the Peapod online grocery site. The selection of products will range from free-range eggs, orange juice and organic milk to all-natural cookies and imported Italian sodas.


Wild Oats first foray into online food retailing is aimed at enabling it to reach more shoppers in an area where it has just two stores.
