US food company Performance Food Group has announced that Tom Lovelace has stepped down as chairman of the company’s fresh-cut division.
The company, which markets and distributes national and private label food and food-related products to restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, schools, healthcare facilities and other institutions, said Lovelace will remain with the company until 15 November 2004.
Lovelace has been with the company since 1995 and previously served as the division’s CEO.
Performance Food had previously announced that Mark Drever had assumed the role of chief executive officer of its fresh-cut division.
