Mishawaka, Indiana-based restaurant operator Quality Dining has posted total revenues of US$62.2m for its Q2 2002, up from US$52.2m year on year.
For the H1 ended 12 May 2002, the company reported total revenues of US$142.7m versus US$120.5m in the comparable period during fiscal 2001.
Quality Dining reported net income of US$1.22m, US$0.11/diluted share, for the Q2 2002 compared with net income of US$439,000, US$0.04/diluted share, for the same period in fiscal 2001. For the H1 2002, the company reported net income of US$2.16m, US$0.19/diluted share, compared with net income of US$563,000, US$0.05/diluted share, for the comparable period in fiscal 2001.
The company also announced that it has renewed its revolving credit facility, which provides for borrowing up to US$60m and matures in November 2005.
