  • Rice Pudding Ambrosia
  • 22 oz. rice pudding
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup mandarin orange slices (drained)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges. Measure 1 cup of each ingredient and add to rice pudding. Mix well. Fold in coconut. Make sure to flake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
