Pompano Beach, Florida-based Roadhouse Grill has introduced 14 new menu items, to be available from 24 June at its 69 restaurants across the US.

The new menu items include a range of appetisers, entrees, lunch selections, side items, desserts and specialty-cocktail drinks. They were tested at Roadhouse locations in South Florida and Orlando.

The company’s executive chef Vincent Delillo spearheaded the development of the menu items along with Sue Holland, the company’s director of training.

CEO Ayman Sabi said: “We developed these menu items as part of our initiatives to broaden our customer base by providing a wider array of flavours, textures and options, including an Alfredo pasta for vegetarians.

“Going forward, we expect to continue the development of our menu and new signature items at Roadhouse Grill.”
