The company has agreed upon terms with certain financing sources on the financing needed to complete the acquisition and is working to complete the closing subject to execution of the final documents, it said.


“We are extremely pleased to be moving towards closing and we expect to close the transaction in the next few weeks,” said Todd Sanders, president and chief executive officer of Sunset Brands.
