Tavolo, a leading online retailer and destination for people who cook, dine and entertain, today announced an agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO), a global Internet communications, commerce and media company, to strengthen its presence across the Yahoo! network. In addition to the marketing and content components of the agreement, Tavolo will launch a new interactive video network hosted on Yahoo!®Broadcast (http://broadcast.yahoo.com/).
Under the agreement, Yahoo! is hosting Tavolo’s interactive network which features and archives video content, including cooking tips, techniques and live events. Tavolo will also showcase a selection of clips from The Culinary Institute of America’s “Great Chefs” series for culinary students.

In addition, Tavolo is providing daily recipes to Yahoo! Shopping (http://shopping.yahoo.com/), one of the Web’s most popular commerce destinations. As a premier merchant, Tavolo is the only featured store within the specialty food and kitchenware category to appear on the Yahoo! Shopping home page for an agreed upon period of time. The company will also be promoted with banner advertisements and fixed button placement in categories such as Food and Beverages, Flowers, Gifts and Occasions, and Home and Garden.

Over the next few months, Tavolo will continue to add streaming content to its interactive network.
