The board of directors of Internet Food Company Inc. (OTC BB:IFOO) a Nevada Corporation has approved a name change of the company from Internet Food Company Inc. to TECE Inc., effective immediately.
The new trading symbol for TECE will be (OTC BB:TENC) effective Friday, Oct. 6, 2000.

The board also announced a stock dividend of two new shares for every one old share. The dividend shall be paid via a mandatory exchange. By director’s resolutions dated Oct. 3, 2000, the dividend shall increase the issued and outstanding stock from 17,760,695 to 35,521,390 issued and outstanding shares of common stock. The company’s transfer agent is Silverado Stock Transfer, Las Vegas.
