Members of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1360 who work for Dunkin’ Donuts at the Mid-Atlantic Distribution Center gathered at the Union’s headquarters in West Berlin, New Jersey Friday night and voted 61 to 2 to authorize an unfair labor practices strike against the Dunkin’ Donuts Distribution Center, which is located in located in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

To date, the Union has filed over 100 Unfair Labor Practices charges against Dunkin’ Donuts with the National Labor Relations Board.

A strike at the Distribution Center could impact the supplies for hundreds of Dunkin’ Donuts retail outlets in the Tri-State area.

UFCW Local 1360 represents 10,000 workers in the retail, service, health care and government service fields in southern New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
