Allen Weintraub, CEO & President of Vector Holdings, said: “The addition of The Potato Sack to the Vector family will just add to our shareholder value. Presently, The Potato Sack has revenue of approximately US$600,000 a year.


“In September of 2002, we will be doing a total renovation of the restaurant, which should take two weeks. Upon completion, with additional menu items that the mall has given us to be exclusive with, we should be on target for US$1m a year in 2003.”


The Potato Sack is located in the Aventura Mall, Florida.
