Victoria Fine Foods launches organic pasta sauce line

US group Victoria Fine Foods is launching an organic pasta sauce line that will hit shelves throughout the country this autumn. 

The new line features four varieties: organic pomodoro, organic tomato herb, organic arrabiata, and organic toasted garlic. The products will be packaged in 24oz size jars. The new products are certified USDA organic, non-GMO project verified, and gluten-free.

"We are proud to be able to offer an organic option to our expanding line of pasta sauces," said Don Davide, chief strategy officer "The new sauces are still based on our original treasured family recipes, use only top quality organic ingredients and deliver the same delicious homemade flavour consumers have come to expect from Victoria."

Victoria Fine Foods, based in Brooklyn, describes itself as the "number one slow kettle-cooked pasta sauce manufacturer" in the US.
