General director Michel Dallemagne confirmed that additional investment has been earmarked for the US$1.5m factory already producing Knorr stock cubes in Dong Nai province. “Unilever is in one sense a wholly local company, with a 100% Vietnamese workforce processing food made only from materials available in this country,” said Dallemagne.
