Israel-based food firm G. Willi-Food has replaced its current chief executive over issues in "performance" and reappointed former CEO Gil Hochboim.
Emil Budilovsky took the reins from Hochboim in December 2014. Hochboim had been CEO from February 2012 until December 2014. He assumed the position of deputy CEO when Budilovsky was appointed.

By GlobalDataItai Loewenstein, the CFO of Willi-Food, told just-food today (10 March): "Due to lack of satisfaction from the suitability and performance of Mr Budilovsky in the position of CEO, the board decided to restore Mr Hochboim to his former position."
Budilovsky will continue as a director of the company.
Zwi Williger, chairman of the board, said: "Joseph Williger and I are looking forward to once again managing the day-to-day operations of Willi-Food together with Mr. Gil Hochboim. Together, we will continue to do our best for the continuing prosperity of the Company."
