“The National Foods’ board unanimously recommends that you accept San Miguel’s offer now,” the company said in a letter to National Foods shareholders. “National Foods has confirmed that each of its directors will accept San Miguel’s offer.”
“We urge you to take action and accept San Miguel’s offer,” it said.
