In Long Island, Green Stream Market (www.GreenStreamMarket.com), a New York based chain of supermarkets, will launch its online grocery shopping solution with in-store fulfillment technologies in early 2001. Through myButler.com, Peachtree Network intends to develop and operate the online shopping solution, provide the order management system and the in-store fulfillment solution for order accuracy and efficiency. On 31 October 2000, Peachtree Network entered into agreement to acquire myButler.com Inc. subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approval.
