Peachtree Network will develop and operate Green Stream Market’s online grocery shopping solution and will execute the online strategy for Bailey’s Market.
Bailey’s Market, an Associated Grocers of Florida supplied store located on Sanibel Island, Florida, will employ Peachtree Network’s online services and technologies to drive in-store shoppers. These services and tools include an online affiliate marketing program, search engine optimization tools, and value-added food information services. Ask the Dietician and Ask the Chef forums, a recipe archive and videos from New England Culinary Institute providing cooking instruction are key elements of the Peachtree Network’s value-added food content offering.

In Long Island, Green Stream Market (www.GreenStreamMarket.com), a New York based chain of supermarkets, will launch its online grocery shopping solution with in-store fulfillment technologies in early 2001. Through myButler.com, Peachtree Network intends to develop and operate the online shopping solution, provide the order management system and the in-store fulfillment solution for order accuracy and efficiency. On 31 October 2000, Peachtree Network entered into agreement to acquire myButler.com Inc. subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approval.
