Nordmilch, a EUR2bn (US$2.7bn) company operating in the consumer and industrial dairy sectors, told just-food today (6 September) that it wants to focus on its other divisions, including cheese.
The company refused to be drawn on a possible sale of its fresh milk and yogurt businesses.
