UK catering company Compass is currently in negotiations to clinch an exchange of assets deal with Swissair.

The deal will enable Compass to dispose of its Eurest in-flight business and acquire pan-European foodservice companies Restorama, Gourmet Nova and Rail Gourmet, it was confirmed today. Financial details have not yet been disclosed.
