USA: Ralcorp sells tomato paste facility to SK Foods
US food producer Ralcorp Holdings said it sold its industrial tomato paste facility in California to SK Foods, a California-based tomato products producer. Ralcorp, which makes a variety of store-brand foods including cereals and biscuits, said it would take a related US$5m impairment charge in the most recent fiscal quarter.
