Clearwater Seafoods has extended its value-added ready-to-cook seafood offering with the introduction of six new “culinary inspired” items.

The company is launching reduced sodium shrimp, split lobster with butter, scallop selects, bacon wrapped scallop selects and two new flavour additions to the scallops & sauce line -marinara and sun-dried tomato. The new products are being sold into retail and foodservice channels throughout North America.
