SPICE EXTRACTS AND MIXES FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY
Products based on spice extracts like pepper, basil and dill are used for applications in the seafood industry amongst others. Mixtures including spice extracts are also available for special products like ginger bread and Danish Christmas cake.
RIPPLE PRODUCTS FOR ICE CREAM APPLICATIONS
For the ice cream industry, Fusgaard offers traditional fruit including strawberry, orange, blackcurrant, caramel and chocolate. More exotic fruit flavourings include apricot, maracuja and mango, and other exciting combinations are ginger-pear ripple, mango-passionfruit ripple, and orange-whiskey liqueur ripple.
