HACCP Temperature Kits from ECEFast

ECEFast has upgraded its industry-standard Tempkit series. The Tempkits offer a combination of infrared non-contact temperature measurement and contact measurement for verification of problems and for core temperatures. The company believes that infrared technology allows rapid scanning of larger samples of product, but that decisions on product rejection should be verified with contact readings.

The Tempkits have a system of test caps to verify the thermometer calibration, and a comparator to cross check the infrared device against the contact thermometer. This cross check ensures that all kit components are functioning correctly.

A hard protective case and closed cell foam insert protect the instruments from damage and increase security.
ECEFast also offers a maintenance and calibration service where all kit components are checked and issued with a calibration certificate at programmed intervals.
