SPIRAL-WOUND UF ELEMENTS
Our spiral-wound UF membrane elements, designed for dairy processes, are based on recognised materials that secure optimum separation, superior flux, long element lifetime, high mechanical strength and good cleaning properties.
DSS UFPE series are cost-efficient, high-flux UF elements, designed primarily for whey and skim milk processing.
DSS UFPP series are resistant to high temperatures and extreme pH values. This makes them highly suitable for concentrating products such as milk, cultured milk and cream.
SPIRAL-WOUND RO AND NF ELEMENTS
RO and NF elements supplied by DSS are high quality, sanitary elements for dairy processing. Our range consists of standard RO and NF elements, heat sanitisable RO elements and extreme pH / temperature-resistant RO elements.
SPIRAL-WOUND MF ELEMENTS
Compared to traditional MF systems, spiral-wound MF elements require a significantly smaller investment in plant machinery and are extremely cost-efficient to operate.
DSS MF membrane elements are widely recognised as the most effective method for cheese brine clarification. We have recently introduced new MF membrane elements for cost-efficient fractionation of whey protein and casein in skimmed milk.
PLATE-AND-FRAME FILTRATION SYSTEMS
DSS plate-and-frame systems are the perfect solution for high-viscosity concentrates and fermented products such as cream cheese, quark and other fresh cheeses.
