The Satron VO turbidity meter is cost-effective in comparison to conductivity or timer-based cleaning-in-place (CIP) systems.
When placed in the return line, it will result in major savings. Nothing is measured in a volume or time-based system and they rely on old estimates of cleaning performance.
The measuring principle of the SATRON VO is based on the scattering of light and is ideal for determining low quantities of milk in water and CIP fluids. The Satron VO constantly measures the cleanliness of your CIP return line and updates its output in real-time. An internal temperature sensor provides you with the CIP fluids temperature, shown locally or with a 4-20mA analog signal via the Satron VO´s second output.
