US organic baby food maker Happy Family has announced its move into adult snacking with the launch of a range of pouches under a new brand, Shine Organics.

The firm was launched on Mother’s Day 2006 when it posted a turnover that year of US$115,000. Seven years later, it was acquired by Danone. This year it has forecast sales of US$130m.
