Australia-based ethnic foods firm Passage Foods has added to its portfolio in the US with a range of Mexican cooking sauces.
The company is hoping to tap into the “most popular ethnic food segment in the US” with its Passage to Mexico line of three cooking sauces.
“The Passage Foods range of cooking sauces originated with an Asian flair initially, but as the brand expands around the globe, our customers have been requesting that we expand into more Hispanic, Mexican and Island cuisines,” Passage Foods’ Mark MacKenzie said.
Passage Foods already sells Indian, Thai, Moroccan and Chinese sauces in the US.
