Bel targets UK adult snackers

Dairy group Bel has said it is catering to the growing demand for adult cheese snacks in the UK with the launch of a a range under its The Laughing Cow brand.

Dairy group Bel has said it is catering to the growing demand for adult cheese snacks in the UK with the launch of a a range under its The Laughing Cow brand.

The Laughing Cow Mini Cravings – individually wrapped mini cubes of soft cheese – is launching in UK supermarket Asda on 16 March. It is available in three variants: Original, Cheese, and Herb.

Steve Gregory, Bel UK marketing director said: "As the UK's number one cheese triangle, we are constantly innovating and finding unique opportunities to expand our portfolio. We've listened to our consumers and are responding to their needs with a unique product that's bursting with flavour and can be enjoyed as an early evening bite – perfect for satisfying those after-work and pre-dinner cravings, but without ruining your appetite."   The Laughing Cow Mini Cravings  has an RSP of GBP2.00 (US$2.96) and is available in a range of three 125g packs.
