Canadian free-from food firm Daiya has launched a gluten free mac and cheese product in its domestic market.

Cheezy Mac which is dairy, gluten and soy free is available in three varieties including Cheddar; Alfredo; and White Cheddar with Veggies.

"We believe everyone should be able to enjoy amazingly delicious foods, without any compromise," said Michael Lynch, Daiya vice president of marketing. "We saw a gap in the market for a product that allows individuals with dairy and gluten sensitivities to relish in the melty, smooth, and cheesy goodness of macaroni and cheese, and our delicious Cheezy Mac was born. Daiya Cheezy Mac is available at grocery stores throughout the US at an RSP of US$4.99.
