The venture, provisionally titled International Retail and Trade Services, will target multinational suppliers that already negotiate business deals internationally, as well as small and medium-sized businesses that want to develop outside their domestic markets, reported Dow Jones International.
The two companies will each control a 50% stake in the new venture.
