French food giant Danone has revamped the global management team for its fresh dairy business.
The Activia maker announced today (7 July) that Jordi Constans and Felix Martin had been appointed as co-executive vice presidents of its fresh dairy products division.
Constans had been evp for Danone’s fresh dairy business in western Europe, while Martin had been in charge of the division in Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Danone said that Dirk van de Put, who had been in charge of fresh dairy in the Americas has “decided to pursue new career opportunities” outside the business.
The global downturn has hit Danone’s fresh dairy sales as consumers in key markets opt for cheaper, private-label products.
