French sugar manufacturer Beghin-Say said it has finalised the sale of its Hungarian operations to German cooperative Nordzucker for an undisclosed amount.

The deal, which includes the sale of three refineries, has received approval from the local competition authorities.
The sale was part of an agreement for the acquisition of Beghin-Say by French consortium Origny-Naples, reported the French News Digest.
