German seafood processor Deutsche See has acquired compatriot fish products company Seefisch for an undisclosed sum. Seefisch will continue operations as a production unit of Deutsche See, reported the Hamburger Abendblatt. Some thirty Seefisch employees are expected to be made redundant, while the remaining 70 will be retained.
