Indonesian food producer Indofood Sukses Makmur has revealed plans to invest nearly US$20m in Thailand, with the development of a new baby food plant.

The company is currently in negotiations with the Thai government to finalise the plans.
Eva Riyanti Hutapea, CEO of Indofood, told the daily Bisnis Indonesia: “The plant will have a production capacity of 6,000 tons per year.”
