Nestlé has appointed Arshad Chaudhry to head up its Indonesian business, effective from 1 September.

Chaudhry replaces Peter Vogt, who has been appointed managing director of Nestlé’s Malaysian and Singapore region.

“Arshad’s in depth understanding of market dynamics, his deep knowledge of sales and marketing, his proven operational and leadership coupled with his natural drive and his experience in his zone management makes him well equipped and qualified to accept his first appointment as Market Head,” a spokesperson for Nestlé Indonesia told just-food.

Chaudhry joined Nestlé in 1989 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Pakistan and the Greater China Region.
