Grocery giant Foodstuffs has signed a deal with BP New Zealand to sell fuel in the car parks of its Pak’N Save supermarket subsidiary.

BP revealed earlier today [Thursday] that Pak’N Save supermarket operators will act as agents for BP in managing self-service outlets, which will be opened progressively over the next five years. Pak’N Save customers will be offered vouchers tied to the purchase value of groceries to give discounts on gasoline and diesel at the outlets.
BP’s managing director Peter Griffiths said that the company expects the deal to increase its sales channels.
