NorgesGruppen has agreed to acquire a 62% share in the Norwegian kiosk and fastfood chain Deli de Luca from the financial shareholders in the company.
In a statement, the Norwegian wholesale and retail group did not disclose financial details of the deal.

The remaining 38% of Deli de Luca will remain with the founders and the executive management.
A final decision on the transaction is to be taken by NorgesGruppen board on 9 June 2006.
