According to local reports, Spain’s SOS Cuetara is considering merging its two Italian units Minerva Oli and Carapelli.
The new entity would then be floated on the Italian stock exchange, a report in La Gaceta de los Negocios said today (17 May). The news service cited remarks made by the company’s chairman Jesus Salazar.
