Kingfisher Holdings Ltd. of Thailand, a global leading seafood exporter and the pioneer of what is now the largest tuna exporting industry in the world, has selected Intentia’s Movex Food and Beverage collaborative enterprise application to streamline its supply chain.

The contract, worth approximately €500,000 (US$491,000), will support 4,000 employees across Kingfisher’s operations in Thailand.

Kingfisher will use Movex Food and Beverage to support core business processes in the areas of enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, customer relationship management and business performance measurement. Movex will be implemented at Kingfisher’s main operations, which include the company’s Seapac, Frozen, and Canning operations.
