UK foodservice supplier 3663 First for Foodservice has launched a bakery range aimed at meeting “every bakery need of the busy caterer”.

The new concept, called Just Bakery, comprises some 375 products, including bread, sweet bakery, dessert and savoury items, which can be delivered part baked, fully baked, ready-to-bake or ready to prove, according to the client’s particular needs.
3663 said the selection includes “versatile and unique bread products” such as Kaiser roll selections, an assortment of plain and flavoured bagels and artisan French breads such as boulots, pavés and batards.
In addition, the sweet range includes a selection of viennoiserie products, as well as cookies, doughnuts, traditional buns and scones, and a range of speciality patisserie.
“We are really pleased to add this bakery brochure to our portfolio of specialised category brochures,” said Julie Moore, marketing controller for frozen, fresh and chilled products at 3663. “The growing trend for quality, freshness and convenience in food choices has extended to the bakery market and we’ve introduced the new range to meet this demand. Our new range aims to help caterers provide products that meet their customer needs and capitalise on the growing trend of fast casual dining.”
