Associated British Foods has launched a range of salad dressings in the UK under its ethnic cuisine brand Blue Dragon.
ABF is selling three Thai Sweet Chilli dressings in its first foray into a sector that the company claims is worth more than GBP41m (US$63.3m) and growing at 3% a year.
ABF said it was “leading the way” in the oriental condiments and dipping sauce categories, with market shares of 52.1% and 62% respectively.
