UK food manufacturer The Bath Pig Co has secured a deal to supply its pork sausage line into Asda stores.

The firm, which sells chorizo and salami lines, will make its debut in the fresh sausage category with the launch. The three-strong range will include an 80% pork Bath Banger, a spicy pork Chili Jam and a gluten-free Pork-a-Leekie sausage.

The range will launch into 34 Asda stores across the south-west of the UK this month at an introductory price of GBP2.50 (US$3.83) for a pack of six.
