UK meat supplier Cranswick has appointed Jim Brisby as its sales and marketing director.
Brisby joined the company 15 years ago and in 2004 was appointed sales and marketing director of Cranswick Country Foods.
The company said today (26 July) that Brisby has been an “integral member of the team that has grown the business over the years”.
The company recenly posted a 19% increase in first-quarter sales, which it attributted to its acquisition of CCF Norfolk in June last year.
