UK sauce and condiment maker The English Provender Co. has teamed up with restaurant brand Sweet Mandarin for the launch of a range of pan-Asian sauces in the country.

The line of six dipping sauces, including Sweet Chilli Sauce; Chinese Barbecue Sauce; and Wasabi Sauce, are made using natural ingredients and are MSG free.

The English Provender Co. is in talks with retailers and is hoping to secure listings within the next few months, a spokesperson told just-food.

Lisa Tse, the chef who developed the sauces, and who runs Sweet Mandarin with sister Helen, said: “To be able to launch these sauces on a national scale will be a fantastic achievement for us.”

Sally Haydock, UK brand manager at The English Provender Co., added: “We’re really looking forward to bringing the provenance and authenticity of the Sweet Mandarin range to a wider UK market and developing the range with Helen and Lisa for an even greater Sweet Mandarin offering.”
