Julian Graves, the health food retailer, has revealed expansion plans designed to achieve greater critical mass before the company is floated on the stock market during next year or 2003. The planned opening of an extra thirty outlets will make the chain 120-strong. Three of the new sites have already been secured.

A full range of Julian Graves’ own branded products will be stocked in each shop, which will be between 45m² and 90m². While two openings are expected to be factory outlets, the remaining 28 will be situated in high street positions.
