Lactalis-Nestlé Chilled Dairy has expanded its Munch Bunch range of children’s yoghurts and fromage frais.

Munch Bunch Alpha Pots are a split-pot product range. Each 100g split pot dessert contains a corner of crunchy alphabet-shaped cereals, and a corner of fruit-flavoured yoghurt available in three flavours: strawberry, raspberry and banana. They will have a recommended retail price of GBP0.58.

The company has also introduced Munch Bunch Stixx, a pack of six 40g tubes of fromage frais in strawberry and raspberry flavours. The packs will also feature interactive games and will retail for GBP1.49.

Meanwhile, Munch Bunch Squashums, which are fruit-shaped pouches of Munch Bunch whole milk yoghurt, are now available in two new mixed fruit baskets: Strawberry and BlackBerry, and Strawberry and Raspberry.

“It’s important for Munch Bunch to continually innovate in a very dynamic sector of the market,” said Michael Inpong, marketing director at Lactalis-Nestlé Chilled Dairy.

“This is why we worked hard on the brand in 2008 and introduced the Munch the Cow character on new products, to reinforce the brand’s position of fun and creativity for growing children, while also including key nutritional benefits, backed up by our calcium claim of the equivalent of a glass of milk in every portion of Munch Bunch desserts.”
