UK retailer Morrisons has launched range of vegetarian meals in the UK under the name ‘M Kitchen’.
The range, which comprises of 19 dishes, includes North Indian Vegetable Curry and Rice created by Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochharm, and Crushed Charlotte Potato Melter with West Country Cheddar Sauce.
Neil Nugent, Morrisons executive chef and head of innovation, said the range “sets a new standard” for vegetarian meals on the market.
Morrisons said it will look to continue expanding its vegetarian selection throughout the year, with further products in line for Christmas.
