Senior executives are to leave Northern Foods and the UK food group’s new owner Boparan Holdings.
Simon Herrick, Northern’s finance director and the company’s acting CEO until its sale to Boparan last month, will leave “at a date to be determined”, the Fox’s biscuits maker said yesterday (10 May).

Meanwhile, Jon Silk, another Northern director, will leave the company in June. Silk has also been finance director of Boparan poultry arm 2 Sisters Food Group for five years and he also plans to step down from that position.
Silk became a Northern director following Boparan’s GBP342m (US$563m) takeover of the company last month.
