UK-based food group Premier Foods has announced that group finance director Paul Thomas will step down later this year.
Thomas, who joined Premier in 2002, will leave the company “shortly” after Premier delivers its interim results on 5 August.
Thomas said that he was leaving to “seek new challenges”.
“Following the successful capital restructuring and equity issue in March of this year, Premier Foods is in a strong position and has a great future ahead of it,” he added.
A successor is yet to be named.
